If you love that energetic buzz, you'll be in your element. But if you're hoping for some conversation with your table partner, it might feel more like shouting match over the roar of a racetrack. I think they need sound panels in this place, I'm just sayin'! Now, onto the food--which, thank goodness, was phenomenal. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the sides? Wow. The asparagus was perfectly pulp, and the mashed potatoes were so smooth and creamy, they could probably double as a dessert. But here's the funny part: in place of the bread basket you expect at a steakhouse, we got fries. Don't get me wrong, they were good fries, but in a place like this, I was expecting to tear into a warm loaf of bread; it felt a bit like showing up to a fancy dinner party and being handed a bag of chips. And the noise? It eventually drove us to the bar, where--plot twist--it was quieter! Who would have thought that the place with all the cocktails would offer a bit of calm? So, for an epic steak, fantastic sides, and a vibrant atmosphere, Stripsteak delivers. Just be prepared for a little extra volume with your veggies, or head straight to the bar for some peace and quiet. And maybe bring a baguette, just in case!

First time the hubs & I have been here & definitely won't be our last. We sat at the bar which was great! Ryan & Jr took care of us & were amazing! The food here is fantastic! If you are looking to have an amazing dinner with great ambiance & staff you gotta come here...

I intended to pick the planet Hollywood to review. Not mandalas bay. Hostess was not dressed for the ambiance of this steak house. She had high boots and a leather jacket reminding us of a Biker hostess. The first Espresso martini, came is shakers and we were able to pour a 1 and a half martini glasses each. The second order we received only a glass and mine was only 3/4 full. bait and hook on the drinks. Expected the same quality the second time but was disappointed. Service was fantastic besides shorting the espresso martini. Jazz music background- didn't hear it until til I focused for this review art around the dining area was captivating.

The restaurant was very beautiful and nice and our food server was funny and kind. For our appetizer we started off with a shrimp cocktail which was cold and delicious and the shrimp were huge. For dinner we all enjoyed the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly. The asparagus had a spicy sauce which I loved (my husband not so much). We also had the mashed potatoes which everyone loved. This is a definite must do, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Now this place is FANCY. I got the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and it was actually pretty good. However what stole the show was the spinach and the truffle macaroni and cheese, which were both AMAZING. We couldn't even finish all of it. Our waitress was also amazing and kept checking in on us, which was very nice. Highly recommend.

Great service and great atmosphere! Delicious food! Hubby and I had always wanted to try this restaurant and we're very glad that we did! We were treated to an appetizer of duck fat fried French fries with three choices of dipping sauces! I ordered the 8 oz Center Cut Filet Mignon with the Bernaise Sauce and the Jalapeno Creamed Corn for my side dish. Amazing! My husband ordered their Miso Glaze Sea Bass and the Roasted Mushrooms for his side dish. He loved it! We both ordered a glass of wine and after dinner we were tempted to order dessert....OMG! We chose the Beignets for Two. Absolutely delicious! The three small bowls of Creme Brulee, Chocolate Pot o Creme and the Butterscotch pudding were out of this world! The meal came to $275.00 a little pricy but it was our one high end dinner that we allow ourselves when visiting Vegas! It was worth it! We're definitely coming back for dinner again!

Its been almost 10 years since coming back to this steakhouse. this time to celebrate father's day for my brother. The quality hasn't changed, still amazing and still super friendly staff. The appetizer fries were the best!!! duck fat fries with awesome dipping sauces. we shared the truffle au jus prime rib 90.00 and the Porterhouse. Both were amazing and this way we get to share 3 types of meat, the NY strip, filet, and ribeye sections. sides were better than average but nothing super exciting. pork belly fried rice, truffle mac and cheese, and mushrooms. Lobster roll app was really good too, it looked more like a sushi lobster roll which caught me by surprise b/c i thought it was going to look like a roll sandwich type. I like their steak knives too, it was heavy sharp and minimalistic. I even googled their steak knifes after and they were like 170.00 for a 3 piece set.
